HUNTER ZIMMERMAN
When Hunter was born, he was perfect in every way except for a heart defect -
a condition corrected through surgery at Saint Joseph’s Hospital. He was one of the
first patients to go through a special pediatric heart surgery program in conjunction
with Children’s Hospital of WI. CMN funded some of the surgical instruments.
Now Hunter is truly their perfect child - who just happens to have Down syndrome.
